You can't put Pandora back in the Box Neither here nor there , you already started here. And it sounds like a good start too. Learning about ourselves And forgiving ourselves for not having all the tools in our toolbox and an instructional manual growing up was a good step for me. I guess if I put it on a list of most haves I would likely put those two somewhere near the top.
