I don’t think I would. It took 55 years of hell before I got the opportunity to finally transition. Knowing that you are not in the right body or that somehow you were born with a major birth defect and being forced to remain in it is torturous.

I am happily living my life as the gender I was meant to be but I still feel the reverberation of hatred spewed by individuals on medium, in politics, friends and family. So yes I am happier now but it comes with a hefty price. No less the surgeries that I must undergo to fix the birth defect.
